Verma Hansford

Verma Rowell Hansford passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, GA. Verma was born in Broxton, GA on August 21, 1938 to the late Thomas Rowell and Lilly Goff Rowell. She was employed as a plant worker at Amaco Fabrics. Mrs. Hansford loved spending time with her family, enjoyed cooking and baking, and was a faithful servant to Jehovah.

She is survived by her son, Terry (Jael) Hansford, of Stanfield, NC; daughter, Vicki (Jerry) Evans, of Valdosta, GA; granddaughters, Amber (Jehiah) McCue, of Valdosta, GA, Ruth Hansford, of Stanfield, NC, and Jaci Jackson, of Jesup, GA; grandson, Wade (Emilee) Hansford, of Jesup, GA; brother, Charles (Denise) Rowell, of Douglas, GA; sister, Margeret (Carlos) Lankford, of Douglas, GA; and great grandchildren, Kaylee McCue, Gwendalyn Jackson, Madalyn Jackson, Rowyn Childers, Eliana Hansford, Elisia Hansford. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Walter Ray Hansford.
