Terry William Jackson

Terry William Jackson, 61, of Lake Park died on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at South Georgia Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was born in Valdosta on March 17, 1955 to the late James and Odell Rainey Jackson and has been a lifelong resident of this area. He had worked with Valdosta State University in Plant Operations and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Kimberly and Sev Azpeitia of Houston, Texas and Kayla Hudson and her boyfriend, Eric McCallum both of Valdosta; 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Ann Jackson.
A graveside service for Terry William Jackson will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Jim Schappaugh officiating.
