Terrell “T.C.” Croft, 68, of Valdosta, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on December 5, 1954, in Hahira, GA, to the late Robert Lee Croft and Lillian Brown Croft. Terrell worked as a mechanic and was known for his friendly and jovial personality. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and cherished his faithful companion, "Blue," his special dog. Terrell was actively involved with The Sheriff’s Boys Ranch in both Hahira and Jacksonville, FL. He enjoyed playing darts, taking his grandchildren and children fishing, working on vehicles, and riding his lawnmower. He was also a regular attendee of the Suwannee River Jam concerts. Terrell will be remembered for his great sense of humor as well as being an amazing caregiver, a loving father, husband and a great friend to everyone he met.
Terrell is survived by his wife, Carolyn Croft, and his life partner, Pamela A. Agharahimi. He was a loving father to Terrell Daugherty (Ashley), Tim Daugherty (Stevie), and Robert Croft (Kacey). His grandchildren, Hayden Schiff, Teagan Daugherty, Ellie Barnes, Lorna Sasser, Soren Sasser and Daniel Brown Sadler, brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his brother, Butch Klase, sister-in-laws, Dianne Marchant, Sandy Sadler and friends Raymond Rogers and Steve Starling as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Terrell considered his cousin George Hodges (Penny) as more of a brother. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Granny Brown, and his sister, Gigi.
A funeral service honoring Terrell's life will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at McLane Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Dasher Cemetery. Prior to the service, the family will receive friends from 10-11 am. Online condolences may be shared at www.mclanecares.com.
