Sharla Jill Chambers Freytag

Jill Chambers Freytag, 58, of Americus and formerly of Valdosta, died at home on Monday, March 2, 2009. Born in Valdosta, on July 18, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Yates and Mary Johnson Chambers. She was employed with Behavioral Health Services in Valdosta. Mrs. Freytag was a Baptist.

Survivors are her daughter and son in law, Amy and David Penman of Americus, son and daughter in law, Paul and Heather Rivers of Tallahassee, Florida; six grandchildren.
