Robert Michael Starling, Sr.

Robert Michael Starling, Sr., 55, of Lake Park passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 in Brunswick, Georgia. He was born on August 3, 1957 to the late Paul N. and Betty J. Bass Starling and had lived in Lowndes County most of his life. Mr. Starling was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki Starling of Lake Park, his children and their spouses, Misty Smith, Robert Michael, Jr. and Leanne Starling all of Sylvania, GA, Becky and Jamey Jones of Dearing, GA, Indi Starling of Lake Park, 9-grandchildren, one sister and brother in law, Paula and Larry Carter of Lake Park, one brother, Paul Donald Starling of Statenville, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Paul and Betty Starling, one sister, Patsy Crafton.
