Robert H. Folsom

Robert H. Folsom, 69 of Valdosta, died on Thursday, May 5, 2005 at Shands in Gainesville, FL. Born on January 2, 1936 in Valdosta, he was the son of the late Hubert A. and Iva Cribbs Folsom. He retired from PCA as a chemical specialist and was a United States Army Veteran.

Mr. Folsom is survived by his wife, Margueritha Folsom of Valdosta; one son, Ken Folsom of Valdosta; one daughter, Robin Folsom of Valdosta; one granddaughter, Crystel Folsom; one grandson, Ed Folsom; two brothers, Harley E. Folsom and David E. Folsom both of Florida. He was preceded in death by a brother Thomas Lamar Folsom.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert H. Folsom will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 9, 2005 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Andrew Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 7, 2005 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
