Robert Anthony Youmans Sr., 54, of Lake Park, GA, affectionately known as Tony to his close family and friends, passed away on October 26, 2026.
Tony was born on May 18, 1972, at Royal Air Force Base Lakenheath, England. He spent most of his life growing up in Lake Park, Georgia, where he was also a member of the Twin Lakes Volunteer Fire Department. His involvement with the department was another part of his connection to the community he called home. He later moved to Wisconsin, where he spent a number of years. Almost a year ago, Tony made his way back to Georgia, returning to the place he had always affectionately called home.
Tony was a true family man with a heart bigger than words could describe. He was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to someone in need, never hesitating to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He never met a stranger; everyone he encountered had the potential to become a friend. His outgoing personality, generous spirit, and ability to make people laugh made him someone who was easy to love and impossible to forget.
Tony had a wonderful sense of humor and loved cracking jokes, bringing laughter and smiles to those around him. He enjoyed the simple things in life, especially fishing, hunting, and working on cars. Whether sharing stories, telling jokes, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends, Tony found joy in the things he loved most.
Above all, family meant everything to Tony. The memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
Tony leaves behind his life partner, Lavinia Frenn, and his beloved children: Robert Anthony Youmans Jr.; Dustin Frenn (Shania); Richard Frenn; Urai Frenn Opelt; and Bonyen Frenn (Emily). He was preceded in death by his two beloved daughters, Quinta Frenn and Lattie Frenn.
Tony also leaves behind his cherished grandson, Kailo Frenn, who brought immeasurable joy and happiness into his life. Tony treasured every moment spent with Kailo, and the time they shared held a special place in his heart. Kailo was truly the light of Tony's life, and the love he had for him was immeasurable. Those precious memories will forever be cherished.
Tony is survived by his loving mother, Urai Youmans; his siblings, Richard Youmans Jr. (Christi), Ronnie Youmans (Erin), and Tonya Mahoney (Kevin); and his beloved nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Youmans Sr.
Tony never met a stranger, only friends he hadn't made yet. His kindness, laughter, generous heart, and the friendships he built along the way will never be forgotten.
Though he may be gone from our sight, his love will remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and stories that will be shared for generations.
Rest easy, Tony. You may have left this world, but you will never leave our hearts.
The family will be holding a celebration of life for Tony on Sunday, November 1, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Lake Park. Online condolences may be shared at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane.
