Richard James Collenette

Richard James Collenette, 73, of Hahira, GA, died Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 at Langdale Hospice House following a period of declining health and the loss of his beloved wife of 35 years, Frances Louise Collenette. Mr. Collenette was born July 13, 1948 on the island of Guernsey, in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy, to parents Clifford Collenette and Edith Robert. He relocated to the states in 1989. Mr. Collenette worked in the film Industry behind the scenes as a film engineer in Los Angeles. He was an avid foodie, who enjoyed cooking all types of cuisine.

Mr. Collenette is survived by his children, Teresa Emerson and Robert Riggins, grandchildren, Sara Ann Emerson and John Emerson, all of California and Washington State, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sidney and Theresa Lyons, Larry and Judy Lyons, Mike Del Rossi, Doug Del Rossi, Matthew Del Rossi, Stephen Del Rossi, David Del Rossi, Randolph Del Rossi; and 14 nieces and nephews.
