Rev. Craig Lee Barbour

Reverend Craig Lee Barbour, 56, of Valdosta, died at his home on Sunday, October 16, 2016, after a short illness. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, on January 26, 1960, he was the son of the late, Nelson Lewis Barbour, Sr., and Anna Sue Reed Barbour. Craig received his Masters of Divinity, Summa Cum Laude, from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Valdosta.
Craig is survived by his beloved wife, Rebekah; his two sons, Andrew (Kelly) Barbour, Kyle (Sayza) Barbour; his daughter, Morgan Jerdee; twelve grandchildren, Raeanna, Abbilyn, Alden, Wyatt, Olivia, Makayla, Sophie, Kyle, Teagan, Marshall, Ethan and Emma; and his three brothers and four sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made towards Alzheimer's research, www.alz.org/donate. Condolences may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com
