REBECCA JEAN BOWMAN, 47, of Hahira died Friday, May 5, 2006 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born on June 13, 1958 in Hahira to Arlene Patterson Ritchie and the late Frank Ritchie and was a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Leroy Bowman, Sr. of Hahira, four children, Dottie Bowman, Jennie Bowman, Eve Bowman and Leroy Bowman, Jr. all of Hahira, her mother, Arlene Ritchie of Hahira, two brothers, Charles Ritchie of Michigan and Howard Ritchie of Hahira, three sisters, Dorothy Morrow of Hahira, Margie Hardee of Florida and Patsy Veneta of Hahira.
At Mrs. Bowman’s requests she will be cremated and no formal services will be held. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanefuneralservices.com. Martin/McLane Funeral Home of Hahira.
