Patricia Ann Williamson

Patricia Ann Williamson, 83, of Statenville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on February 12, 1939 in Thomaston, GA, to the late Pruit Ellerbee and Anna Bell Ferguson Ellerbee. Mrs. Williamson had retired from Shaw Industries where she had worked as a machine operator. She enjoyed plants, gardening, and loved to cook. She really enjoyed cakes and other sweets. Mrs. Williamson had been married for 28 years to David Williamson. Mrs. Williamson was of the Baptist Faith.

Mrs. Williamson is survived by her husband David Williamson, of Statenville, GA; son Phillip Hendrix, of Valdosta; grandchildren, Lee (Eleanor) Hendrix, of Quitman, Brad (Danni) Hendrix, of Echols County, Crystal Hendrix, of Clyattville, Erin (Dan) Wardwell, of Clayttville, and Amanda Hendrix, of Clyattville; her great grandchildren, Shelby Woodward, of Montana, Hannah Hendrix, of Pittsburg, Austin Crews, of Valdosta, Braden Hendrix, of Echols County, Haley Thompkins, of North Dakota, Caden Hendrix, of Clyattville, Hunter Hall, of Clyattville, and Rylan Hendrix, of Clyattville; brothers, Terry Ellerbee, and Corky Ellerbee; a sister LaQuita Ellerbee. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Lee Hendrix, a brother Chuck Ellerbee, and a sister Martha Sutton.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, November 25, 2022 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Bro. Dewey Fountain officiating. Burial will follow at Statenville Cemetery.
