Norma Barnidge

Norma Barnidge, 96, of Valdosta passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 5, 1926 to the late Alex and Mary Olsen Treiberg. Mrs. Barnidge was a homemaker and a member of Christ Episcopal Church. Her family was very important to her and she enjoyed sewing, reading and volunteering at her church. Mrs. Barnidge had served as a pink lady at several hospitals.

She is survived by two daughters and sons in law, Deb and Buddy House, Donna and Greg Reed all of Valdosta, two sons and a daughter in law, Russ Bisbe of Bluffton, SC and Frank and Lisa Barnidge of Ponte Vedra, FL, thirteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. Mrs. Barnidge is predeceased by her husband, Francis Talbott Barnidge.

A memorial service will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 at eleven a. m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Burial will be in the Christ Episcopal Church Urn Garden. A fellowship will be held after the service and burial in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Hospice of South GA, P. O.
