Nancy Hart

Nancy Ann Force Hart, 80, of Lake Park passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Valdosta on June 14, 1942 to the late Benjamin Minor Force, Sr. and Sarah Herndon Force. Ms. Hart was a bookkeeper for Southern Builders Supply and was a member of First Baptist Church in Lake Park. She loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Playing games on her iPad, watching baseball and football were favorite things she liked to do. FSU and the GA Bulldogs were her favorite teams.

Ms. Hart is survived by her son and daughter in law, Danny and Marion Hart of Valdosta, daughter and her fiancé, Cathy Hart and David Herrin of Ray City, grandchildren, Leytan Hart of Lake Park, Shelby Hart of Valdosta, Dalton Hart (Rachel) of Lake Park, Daniel Wrye (Brooke) of Hahira, Kayla Tyrell (Harley) of Statenville, Jennessee Niehanke (Webb) of Hahira, Hunter Folsom and Eli Folsom of Ray City, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Benjamin Minor Force, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 at 2 p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Dawson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
