Michael Bradley Atkison

Michael Bradley Atkison, 60, of Valdosta, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Mountain Home, ID, on April 12, 1962, to Jessie Pearl Hardee Atkison and the late Richard Arlin Atkison. He was a retired school bus driver having worked for Lowndes County Schools for 28 years. Mr. Atkison enjoyed watching westerns, loved collecting knives, firearms, and photos. He enjoyed electronics and was a member at Victory Baptist Church.

Mr. Atkison is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeff and Roxie Atkison, of Lake Park, GA, and Roger and Kim Atkison, of South Carolina; his nephews, Jeffery Atkison, of Valdosta, Lee Atkison, of Lake Park, Jake Atkison, of Valdosta, Heath Atkison, of Lake Park, and Madison England Atkison, of South Carolina; a great nephew, McGarrett Atkison, of Lake Park; his uncle Edwin Hardeee, of Valdosta; and a great uncle Ferman Hardee, of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by his father.
