Mary J. Campbell, 90, of Ray City, passed away at her home on March 7, 2024. She was born in Nashville, GA to the late Homer Lamar Exum and Ora Lee Exum on April 24, 1933. She was a beloved homemaker known for her love of gardening and watching church services on T.V.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband Billy Campbell, of Ray City; her children, Barrett and Hannah Moore of Lake Park, David W. Moore of Hahira, Deborah Harvey of Valdosta, Tony and Cheryl Moore of Hahira, Al and Lisa Moore, Mary and Paul Murfin of Asheville, NC, Suzanne and Peter Coffman, and Stacy McMillan of Ray City. She will be remembered by her grandchildren, Casie Moore Dearman, Stephen Moore, Matthew Jones, Claire Gillespie, Kylee Griffis, Derek Moore, Katlyn Moore, Heathyr Campbell, Sarah Lambert, Jordan Campbell, Victoria Schooley, Catherine Kuzmitch, Patrick Coffman, and Melissa and Charles Ussery; thirty-one great-grandchildren, her sister Audrey Clanton of Valdosta, along with numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and granddaughter Karen Rebecca Jones, and grandson Michael Benjamin Jones, along with two sisters, Janelle Stone and Shirley Gross.

Mrs. Campbell will be remembered for her kind spirit and dedication to her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A memorial service for Mrs. Campbell will be held at 2pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the Carson McLane Funeral Home Chapel. Online condolences may be shared at www.mclanecares.com
