Mary Ann Fletcher

Mary Ann Fletcher, 77, of Valdosta died Thursday, August 2, 2018 at her residence after several years of declining health. She was born on January 6, 1941 to the late Fred and Mary Lee Jackson. Mrs. Fletcher was a retired School Nutrition Manager for the Valdosta City Schools. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Raymond Fletcher. They were married for 55 years. Her survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and Brian Chambers and Melanie and Kevin Callaghan, all of Valdosta; three grandchildren, Brandon Chambers, Sarah Chambers and Taylor Chambers, all of Valdosta; two great grandchildren, Guinevere and Nicolas Chambers, all of Valdosta; two sisters and brother-in-law, Nancy Christie of Atlanta and Esther and Randall Barwick of Albany; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Jean Jackson of Griffin, Fred and Jan Jackson of Gastonia, NC, and Jean Jackson of Pinetta, FL.
Services for Mrs. Fletcher will be held on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. graveside at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Reverend Lewis Metts officiating.
