Laura Ann Milby Hoff, 82, of Valdosta, died on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Fellowship Home following a period of declining health. She was born in Bentonville, Arkansas on November 29, 1943, to the late E. Clay and Iva Nadine Wright Milby. Mrs. Hoff had been the owner-operator of The Book Sack and was a member of First Methodist Church Valdosta. She enjoyed traveling and cooking, entertaining family and friends and greatly loved her dog, Gracie.

She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa and Danny Redshaw of Valdosta, and Honey Bentley of Hahira; her grandchildren, Caroline and Cory Dowd of Tallahassee and Josh Redshaw of Valdosta; her step-children, Tessa and Tim Burns of Orlando, Florida, Erika and Tom Jackson of Pensacola, Florida and Donald Pierce Hoff, II and Radoslava Vasileva also of Pensacola as well as other loving family members. Mrs. Hoff was preceded by her husband, Donald Pierce Hoff.

Lisa and Honey would like to thank their mother’s many caregivers at the Fellowship Home. The day shift CMAs: Sheryl Gailbrith, Ashley Pendleton and Kailey Sykes Aides, Miranda Dailey, Daniela Hernandez, Stiven Perez, and Tasha Henderson; The Night Shift: CMA’s Rebekah Dent and Cheyanna Cone Aides, Beverly Flores, Loretta King, CMAs Jeanna Sigsby, and Kiara Scott; and last but not least her Hospice nurse, Betsy Garland, who took such great care of their mother for two years. You are all angels on Earth! We love you and thank you!
