Kenneth Allred, 72, of Valdosta, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026. He was born to the late Dorothy Natline Allred and Clinton Hubert Allred in Atlanta on August 16, 1953.

Mr. Allred loved to travel. With Crossroads Church, he participated in mission trips to Peru to do construction on an orphanage and Atlanta to help with Operation Christmas Child. He also went to Greensboro, North Carolina by train with his brother, and to Anchorage, Alaska. He worked in the lumber industry, and worked at Langdale Forest Products for 35 years.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, James & Dian Allred of Valdosta, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and was preceded by his parents, and his sister, Natalie June.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude hospital.

A graveside service for Mr. Allred will be held on Monday, July 27 at 11:30 a.m. at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Tim Allred officiating. A visitation will take place prior to the service from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Carson McLane Funeral Home.
