John Craig Foust, of Lake Park, passed from this life on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Langdale Hospice House following a lengthy illness. Born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 2, 1953, John was the son of the late Max Whitesell and Betty June Baldwin Foust. While attending college at the University of Missouri, he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. John was a true cattleman through and through, working as a cattle rancher most of his life. Married to the love of his life, Jennifer Rapert on May 27, 1978, John and Jennifer shared 47 wonderful years together. He was Catholic.

Survivors are his wife, Jennifer Rapert Foust of Lake Park; daughter and son in law, Abby Elizabeth and Tommy Hamm of Lake Park; son and daughter in law, Matthew Asa and Alyssa Foust of Blair, Nebraska; sisters, Monica Carson of Kansas City, Kansas, Ann and her husband Robert Canon; grandsons, John Brooks Hamm, William Asa Hamm and Asa Wilder Foust.

Mr. Foust will be cremated. The family will hold a memorial gathering at a later time. McLane Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted to care for the Foust Family.
