James Simmons, Jr., 69, of Valdosta died Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He was born in Valdosta on August 9, 1948 to the late James, Sr. and Mavis Simmons. Mr. Simmons was retired from Colson Business Systems and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Simmons of Valdosta, daughter, Jenae Davis of Macon, son, James Simmons III of Valdosta, two granddaughters, Ambrosia Davis and Nataly Davis, both of Macon.
Carson McLane Funeral Home is serving the family of Mr. Simmons.
