Holly Valentine Lustfeldt

Holly Valentine Lustfeldt, age 61, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta. She was born on August 18, 1962, in Dade City, FL. Mrs. Lustfeldt dedicated her career to clerical work, most recently at Valdosta State University. She cherished her family, enjoyed visits to the beach and mountains, and had a passion for 80’s music. Most importantly, she loved the Lord. Mrs. Lustfeldt’s best friend, Gloria, remained faithfully by her side throughout her journey. Known for her vibrant personality and natural leadership abilities, Mrs. Lustfeldt had a special connection with people. She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Lustfeldt is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Vincent Lustfeldt, of Quitman, her daughter, Rachael Lustfeldt, of Valdosta, her parents, Dwight and Glenda Valentine, of Valdosta, her sister, Stephann Valentine (Paul Broderick) of Lincoln, ME, her beloved friend, Gloria Mayne, of Hahira, and her loyal dog, Minnie.

A funeral service to honor Mrs. Lustfeldt’s memory will be held at 3pm on Friday, January 5, 2023, at the Carson McLane Funeral Home chapel. Reverend Bob Willis will officiate the service, and following the ceremony, Mrs. Lustfeldt will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery in Quitman, GA.
