Gwendolyn Elaine Landers Weathers of Savannah, GA, passed away on Saturday November 8, 2025. She was born on October 4, 1949 in Valdosta to the late Lloyd Landers and Johnnie Oliver Landers McGraw. She was an avid book reader who also loved gardening, as well as an amazing southern chef who loved cooking for her family.

Ms Weathers is survived by her daughters, Terri LeDoux of Savannah, GA and Lisa Wilson of St. Augustine, FL; her step-daughter, Cathy Dittaugh (James) of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Kyle LeDoux, Chase LeDoux, Nicholas Wilson, and Robbie Wilson; sisters, Linda Dale Landers Gillihan (Larry), of Valdosta, GA, and Marsha Ann Landers Dokey of Meansville, GA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her aunt, Wilma Harris; her step-father, Howard Glenn McGraw; and brothers-in-law Scott Duncan and Orville Butch Dokey.

A service in Ms Weathers’ memory will be held on Wednesday, November 12 at 1pm in the Carson McLane Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Bob Gordon. Burial will follow at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 11 from 5 - 7pm.
