Elizabeth Faye Johnson

Elizaabeth (Faye) Garner Johnson, 67, of Lake Park, died Friday, June 29, 2007, at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late Fredrick N. and Allie Culpepper Garner. She had retired from the Lake Park Elementary School System as a Para-Professional. She was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter and son in law, Tammie & Robbie Abbott of Lake Park; one son & daughter in law, Michael & Sonya Johnson of Morgan City, LA; two grandchildren, Brendan Cloutier and Zoe Johnson of Morgan City, LA; sister & brother in law, Pearl & J.C. Rowe, Lake Park, brother, Joe Garner, Lake Park, sister in law, Cheryl Garner, Lake Park; numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Johnson.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 2, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Carter cemetery in Echols County. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home today. Memorials may be made
