Dr. Bipin R. Patel

Dr. Bipin R. Patel, of Valdosta, Ga., passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025, at the age of 69 surrounded by his family. He was a distinguished neurologist known for his exceptional care, kindness, and unwavering devotion to others. He has left an enduring legacy of compassion, elegance, and excellence.

Born on November 30, 1955, in Nairobi, Kenya, to the late Rameshchandra Patel and Jayaben Patel of Bhadran, Gujarat, India, he was a loving son who loved and cherished his family.

Bipin was educated in London, England, St. Andrews University, Scotland, and Manchester, England. He finished his residency in Augusta, Ga and made the move to Valdosta. He never stopped learning and never wavered from contributing to this world and this community. Through his devotion to his family and his patients and employees, we are all inspired to live a fuller life.

Dr. Patel is survived by his cherished wife, Jean Bleakley Patel of St. Simons Island, Georgia his children: Ajay Patel of Valdosta, Aakash Patel of Valdosta and grandson Keagan, Avinash Patel of Marietta, Anjali Patel of Valdosta, Ashok Patel of Ray City. He also leaves behind his cousins/brothers Nick Patel (Julia) of Marietta and Pravin Patel (June) of Columbus, Georgia.

Bipin has joined his parents and his beloved wife and loving mother of their children, Kristine Eutzler Patel. The children will continue honoring both of their parents in their hearts and in their lives.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Dr. Bipin Patel will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 2, 2025 at the Carson McLane Funeral Home Chapel. Afterwards friends and family are invited to visit with the family at the same location.
