Donald Dewayne Taylor, age 50, of Hahira, Georgia, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love and family on Friday, March 27, 2026. He is also survived by his sister, Irish Lynn Hendrix Dinkins of Valdosta, Georgia; his bonus siblings, Riva Tooley and Joshua Forrest Vines; and a host of beloved aunts and uncles, including Debra Sims of Dasher, Georgia; Benny and Susan Green of Lake Park, Georgia; Bob and Anita Fountain of Carrollton, Georgia; Evelyn Joiner and Ramona Hendrix Evans, both of Eastman, Georgia; and Tammy Story of Webster, Florida.

He leaves behind many dear cousins: Mike A. Sims of Valdosta, Georgia; Justin Sims of Dasher, Georgia; Angela Green of Lake Park, Georgia; Sidney Green of Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Ashley Evans, Christy and Ben Faulk, Kimberly and Anthony Peacock, Todd Hendrix, and Curtis Wade Driver, all of Eastman, Georgia; Larry Wayne Mullis of Valdosta, Georgia; Michael Mullis of Eastman, Georgia; James Mullis of Hahira, Georgia; and Robin and Gina Fountain of Alabama.
