Donald Chandler Mason

Donald Chandler Mason, 83, of Lake Park passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at his residence. He was born on January 4, 1935 in Corry, Pennsylvania to the late Marion Brundage Mason and Chandler Leroy Mason. Donald was retired from the Department of Defense and was a member of the Air Force. Donald was an airplane mechanic who later inspected military aircraft. He was an avid golfer. He was a member of the American legion, he loved to fish, and was a master gardener who loved to work in his yard. Donald loved his family very much.
He is survived by his brother, Richard Andrew Mason; his daughters, Charon Herrick of Lake Park, Robin (George) Neese of Blueridge, GA, and Ursula (Marc) Klinger of Troutman, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan (Tina) Herrick, Kristen Herrick, Blake Herrick, Timothy Archambault, Allie (Bryan) Woody, Ryan (Emily) Klinger, his great-grandchildren, Kamden Bauer, and Colby Archambault, Piper, Lucas, Clara, Bryson, Skyler, and Parker; and many nieces and nephews. Donald is preceded by his wife, Grace Ellen Mason.
