Don Gray Lineberger, 71, of Valdosta died suddenly on Sunday, December 5, 2010 at the South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on January 25, 1939 in Tennessee to the late Albert G. and Eugenia McGriff Lineberger. He was a retired musician having played with the Bill Monroe Band.
He is survived by several friends, Leigh and Charlie Stewart of Dasher, Ed and Teresa Appling of Valdosta, Donna and Jerry Cherry of Dasher, Becky Stewart of Dasher, Pat Dore, Bob Mattarazzo, and Lazy Len Robins of Thomasville.
A graveside service for Don Gray Lineberger will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Willie Beasley officiating. Condolences to his friends may be conveyed online at www.mclanefuneralservices.com. Carson McLane.
