Danny Thomas Rexrode

Danny Thomas Rexrode was born on May 7, 1956 in Staunton, Virginia to Joyce Orner Rexrode and the late David Thomas Rexrode. Husband, father, and grandfather, Danny entered fully into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, July 16, 2023 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 67.

Danny will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Becki, of 46 years; his children, Matthew (Jennifer), and Michael; his granddaughter, Lauren Rexrode; his mother Joyce Orner Rexrode; his brother Dwight “Chubby” Rexrode (Nancy); his sister Tammy Botkin; his mother-in-law, Barbara Morrison; and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins, and friends that loved him dearly.

Danny's Christian faith was an essential part of his life. He spent a great deal of time mentoring young Christians and participated in the salvation of dozens of individuals.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Belle Isle Community Church located at 731 Fairlane Ave. Orlando. Burial will take place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at the Hall Cemetery in Morven, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to East Coast Believers Church of Oviedo, FL.

The Martin/McLane Funeral Home in Hahira is assisting the family with services on Sunday at Hall Cemetery.
