Danny Harris, 50, of Adel, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at his home.
He was born October 30, 1962, a son of the late George Harris and the late Merline Weldon Walker. Danny was an avid fisherman and loved life.
He is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Harris Huffine of Missouri; one son, U.S. Army Spc. Jonathan D. Harris of Adel; three grandchildren; three brothers and sister-in-laws, William and Brenda Harris of Sparks, James and Julia Harris of Adel, and Dwayne and Missy Harris of Adel; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service for Danny will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013, at the Chapel of Martin-McLane Funeral Home, Hahira. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. Martin-McLane Funeral Home, Hahira.
