Daniel Glen Masters, known to everyone simply as "Glen," passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 57. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Glen leaves behind a legacy of selfless love, hard work, and devotion to his family.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, on July 3, 1969, to Daniel Masters and Kathy Calhoun. Glen was fortunate enough to have met his wife during his middle school years. Together, they built a life rooted in devotion and partnership, sharing altogether 42 wonderful years.

Glen was a man of exceptional character—selfless to his core, always putting the needs and happiness of his loved ones before his own. He balanced his devotion to family with an equally strong work ethic, excelling in his career in Steele sales at Cooksey Steel Company. Known for his natural charisma and warmth, Glen was widely respected and loved by his colleagues.

Outside of work, Glen found his greatest joy in simple pleasures. He loved being outdoors, whether spending time at the beach, going fishing, hunting, or piddling outside. Glen cherished family gatherings, especially enjoying his wife’s cooking and the precious time spent around the table with those he loved most. One of his greatest joys was being Gdaddy to his grandchildren. Above all, his strength and faith came from the Lord, and he taught those around him to always be strong in their faith. His family takes comfort in knowing that he is with Jesus waiting on us.

Glen is survived by his beloved wife Paige Masters of Hahira, GA; his children, Austin (Lexi) Masters of Barney, GA, Amber (Tyler) Thompson of Hahira, GA, and Avry (Madison) Masters of Ray City, GA; his cherished grandchildren, Conley, Cohen, Cooper Masters, and Corbyn Masters, and Dani and Lainey Thompson; his parents, Daniel Masters and Kathy Calhoun; his sisters, Tracey Masters and April Weeks, both of Jacksonville, FL; as well as several nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Carson McLane Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for a visitation at the funeral home prior to the service, beginning at 3:00 p.m. Online condolences may be shared on the obituary page at www.mclanecares.com Carson McLane Funeral Home.
