Daniel "Danny" Price Winters

Daniel "Danny" Price Winters, 53, of Valdosta, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Daytona Beach, Florida. A Valdosta native, Danny was born on August 23, 1961, the son of Jeannie Shiver Winters and William Winters. He was the owner of Security Sales and a member of Azalea City Church of God. An avid fisherman, Danny loved to fish at Ocean Pond.
Survivors are his wife, Nancy Vann Winters of Valdosta; daughters, Ashley (Donnie) Winters, Kelsey (Mike Clark) Winters of Valdosta, step children, Mark (Kellee) Fletcher and Julie Fletcher of Valdosta; grandchildren, Makayla Harris, Mallery Winters, Michael G. Clark, Savannah Fletcher, Emma Fletcher, Fletcher Commander, Landin Sandlin; uncle, Harold Phillips, aunt and uncle, Jimmy and Linda Winters, and his special canine friend, Cash. Danny was preceded in death by his mother and step father, Jeannie and Ray Helton, his father, William Winters, sister, Teresa Winters, aunt, Lorene Phillips, uncle, Lester T. Winters.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. Reverend Brett Jarriel will officiate. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery.
