Colleen Jo Roycroft

Colleen Jo Roycroft, 34, of Valdosta, died on Sunday, April 10, 2005. Formerly of Marietta, she had lived in this area since 1989. Miss Roycroft was a graduate of Valdosta State University and was Coach/Supervisor at Lowe’s Distribution Center.

Survivors include her parents, Wayne & Kathleen Roycroft, of Marietta, a sister, Sharon Simms of Marietta and a late sister, Pamela Jean Schie. Also surviving are three nephews and a niece, Joseph & James Schie, and Michael & Kathleen Sims, all of Marietta.

A memorial service will be held for Mrs. Roycroft at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home. Rev. Stephen Norris will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
