Cheryl Rose, 76, of Hahira, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Devoted to her Christian faith, she attended Fellowship Baptist Church whenever possible. A talented artist, Cheryl also loved gospel music and animals, especially Buddy, her rescued black Labrador.

Born on September 16, 1949, in Orlando, Florida, Cheryl spent most of her life there. She worked at Florida Advent Hospital for more than 30 years, taught Sunday school for youth with special needs, and sang in the choir. She is survived by her maternal aunts, Mary Cone of Conyers, Georgia, and Julia (Ralph) Campbell of Hahira, Georgia; and her cousin, Mark (Susan) Campbell of Salt Springs, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emma Gilbert and Bernard Malone.
