Charles Howard Rodgers, 70, of Valdosta, died on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at his residence following a sudden illness. He was born on January 19, 1955, and was a graduate of Lowndes County High School. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Air Force and received an honorable discharge following term of service. Recently, he was employed with Speedway convenience store in Valdosta as a maintenance worker.

Mr. Rodgers is survived by his son, Michael Rodgers of Adel; his grandchildren, Jalee Rodgers, Kalee Rodgers, and Christopher Norton all of Adel; former spouse, Bertie Rodgers of Adel; sister, Norma Blanton (Andrew) of Valdosta; brothers, Bobby Brantley (Wanda) of Yulee, Florida, David Kerwin and Wayne Kerwin (Sue) of Valdosta; sister, Shirley May of Douglas; a daughter-in-law, Tiffany Jones of Adel and a special nephew, Chris Watford of Valdosta; he was preceded by his son, Daniel Jones, and his mother, Irma Jean Peach Brantley.
