Brentley Cooper Fiorentino was stillborn Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 5:34 p. m. at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.
He is survived by his mother, Amber Fiorentino of Lake Park, GA, step father, Daniel Staley of Valdosta, grandparents, Richard and Sabrina Holton, aunt, Karissa Holton, great grandparents, Gary and Janan Holton, all of Lake Park, GA, great grandfather, Edward Temple of Mount Vernon, GA, uncle and aunt, Christopher and Tiffany Temple of Jacksonville, FL. Brentley is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Phyllis Temple.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, April 17, 2015 at ten a. m. at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens with burial to follow the service. "Hug Him Once For Me" and "Precious Child" will be sang.
