Brenda D. Vickery

Brenda D. Vickery, 73, of Valdosta, died on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Crestwood Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. Born in Marlinton, West Virginia, Brenda was the daughter of the late Winters and Virginia Reynolds Dunbrack. Brenda had worked as a Human Resource Director for SAFT and more recently Park Avenue Bank Shares. She was a member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary and was a Jaycett.
Survivors are her husband, Raymond C. Vickery, son and daughter in law, Brent D. and Denice Vickery also of Valdosta; grandson, Ashley B. Vickery of Rockhill, South Carolina; sister, Phyllis Jackson of Charlottesville, Virginia, brother and sister in law, Tommy and Pat Dunbrack of Marlinton, West Virginia, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Anita Nelson and a brother, Doug Dunbrack.
A gathering of family and friends in celebration of Brenda’s life will be held at the Carson McLane Funeral Home on Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
