Brenda Sue Carter, 69, of Valdosta, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on January 12, 1957 in Valdosta to the late Allen Claude Carter and Helen Marie Fletcher Carter. She had worked for Lab Corp as a laboratory technician. She loved animals and computers.

Mrs. Carter is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, David and Lisa Carter, of Valdosta, and brother Allen Carter; her niece Maria Jacobs (Joey), and nephew Robert Anthony Hayes; and her great niece and great nephew, Isabella Marie Jacobs, and Charles David Jacobs; as well as numerous aunts and cousins.
