Betty Ann Sutton

Betty Ann Sutton, 92, of Valdosta, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Langdale Hospice House. Mrs. Sutton was born in Quitman, Georgia to the late Earl Bertram Martin and Annie Clower Holland Martin. Mrs. Sutton worked at South Georgia Medical Center for over 30 years in Physical Therapy and was a member at Park Avenue Church. She was married to Raymond Edward Sutton for over 67 years prior to his passing in 2020.

Mrs. Sutton is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Nancy Sutton of Valdosta; grandchildren, Laurie and Denton Dye of Hahira; niece, JoAnn Dolitsky; nephew Chip Hall; along with several other great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Raymond E. "Randy" Sutton, Jr., and sister Sarah Hall.

A funeral service for Mrs. Sutton will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the River Pavilion at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Towson and Rev. Jamie Bone officiating.
