Barbara A. Chitty, 83, of Statenville died Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Crestwood Nursing Home. She was born on December 2, 1936 in Echols County. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Chitty is survived by three daughters, Ann Garner and Bobbie Spivey of Lake Park and Beverly Bennett of Melbourne Beach, FL, two sons, Jerry Chitty and Randal Chitty of Statenville, granddaughters, Nicole Bennett Conte of Orlando and Heather Williams of Jasper.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 27, 2020 at eleven a. m. at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home with Pastor Garvey Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at Staten Cemetery. Wearing of a mask, practicing social distancing and following covid guidelines are requested. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at www.mclanecares.com.
