Barbara Allen Davis, age 86, of Valdosta, Georgia passed away the afternoon of November 3rd at the home of her daughter in Valdosta. She married Harry J Davis on December 9, 1950 who preceded her in death.

Surviving her are her daughter Dora Zajac (David) of Valdosta, son Jay Davis (Sheila) of Florissant, Colorado, six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Barbara, originally from Narrows, Virginia was a devout Christian and active member of the First Christian Church-Disciples of Christ in Valdosta. She loved to cook, garden and spend time with family and friends.

Harry and the Army had Barbara traveling the world to include Turkey, Taiwan, and Japan not to mention many state-side locations, but she loved it and made life-long friends in every location.

A Memorial Service will be held November 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM, First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ located at 1905 N. Patterson St., Valdosta.
