Austin Williams

Austin Williams, 93, of Valdosta, died at Berrien Nursing Center in Nashville, on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Born in Northpoint, Alabama, Mr. Williams was the son of Colar and Sadie Stone Williams. He was retired from the United States Air Force where he worked as a flight engineer technician. He loved aviation and was an independent Pilot. Mr. Williams attended Lake Park Church of God.

Preceded in death by his wife Hazel, and a son, Dewayne Williams, Mr. Williams is survived by a son, Donnie Williams of Panama City, Florida, a daughter and son in law, Donna (Jim) Hollywood of Grand Prairie, Texas, and son, Randy (Linda Lee) Lainhart of Valdosta; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren.

Graveside services with Military Honors were held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 11:00 am at Lake Park Cemetery. McLane Lakewood Funeral served the Williams family. www.mclanecares.com
