Ailene Duff

Ailene Duff, 89, of Valdosta, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at her daughters home. She was born in Morgan, GA, on January 20, 1934. She had worked at Moody Air Force Base in the contracting division for 47 years as Chief Contracting Officer. Mrs. Duff loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. After retirement she spent her time in her garden with her flowers, was passionate about cooking, and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Duff is survived by her daughter, Patti Smith (Darryl), of Valdosta; son, Robert Duff (Susan), of Lake Park, GA; son, Richard Duff, of Naylor, GA; son, Ronnie Duff (Brenda), of Valdosta; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Mattie Lou Carver Bailey and father Henry Allen Bailey, five sisters, and one brother.
