Velma Jean Bailey

Velma Jean Bailey, 87, of Statenville, died on Wednesday, December 06, 2017 at Lakehaven Nursing Home. She was born in Echols County on August 18, 1930 to the late Lee L. and Alma Raulerson Zeigler. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Conrad and Marjorie Zeigler of Statenville; a niece and her husband, Debbie and Keith Tomlinson of Statenville; two great-nephews and their spouses, Kevin and Chelsea Tomlinson and Jared and Lindsey Tomlinson; several cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Bailey.
