Talisa Henderson Bass

Talisa Henderson Bass was born June 7th 1979. She was the daughter of Arthur Henderson and Shawn Mangold. She was the mother of Logan George, Macalyn George, Jacob Bass, and wife of Kenneth Bass. She passed away suddenly at South Ga Medical Center Friday, February 26th, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Talisa Henderson Bass was loved by many and everyone around her enjoyed her. She loved anything to do with animals and children. As a young girl she had a cat named Fritz and currently had a dog named Ollie. She loved to go shopping, had a passion for tanning, and loved all things trendy and pink. She always wanted to help the people around her and would do anything for the ones she loved. She loved spending time with her children. She was funny, kind, and always helpful even to strangers she would meet. She created many memories with the people around her. To know her was to love her. Talisa Henderson Bass will be missed by all of her friends and family.
Mrs. Bass is survived by her husband, Kenny Bass, of Naylor, daughter Logan George, of Lake Park, daughter Macalyn George, of Lake Park, son Jacob Bass, of Naylor, her mother Shawn Henderson, father Arthur Henderson, mother-in-law Norma Sandlin, father-in-law Wayne Sandlin, sister Cubie Kegarise, and former husband Chris George. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Norman Bass and Tillman Henderson, and brother-in-law Tyson Kegarise.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 3pm at Statenville Church of God with Bro. Tyler Carter and Bro. Michael Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Statenville Church of God.
