November 21, 1923 — March 14, 2005

Mrs. Stella Rouse Crum 81 of Valdosta died on Monday, March 14, 2005 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born on November 21, 1923 in Berrien County, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Minnie Spell Rouse and widow of C. A. Crum of Valdosta. Mrs. Crum was a homemaker and a member of Redland Baptist Church.

Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and Winston Shaw of Valdosta, Maxine and Tony DeGange of Valdosta, Montine and Gary Hall of Jennings, FL, Deloris and David Oliver of Valdosta; one son, Don Crum of Valdosta; eight grandchildren, Nathan and Shelly Shaw, Aaron and Tracy Shaw, Stephanie and Bart Mizell, Lance and Stephanie Harrell all of Valdosta, Tiffanie and Billy Van Ausdall of Lake Park, Courtney Crum, Angela and Gary Pounds and Dave Oliver all of Valdosta and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Stella Rouse Crum will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Kelley and Reverend Jay Watkins officiating.
