Shelby Elena Keller, infant daughter of Eddie and Angie Keller of Lake Park died Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.
She is survived by her parents, Edward Alan Keller and Angella Gail Cavagnaro Keller, her brother, Zack Keller, her sister, Macy Keller, grandparents, family and friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, May 3, 2012 at three p. m. at Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cook County with Reverend Daryl Pate officiating. Burial will follow.
