Ronald "Ronnie" Lloyd Wilkes

Ronald “Ronnie” Lloyd Wilkes, 70, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022. He was born on April 8, 1952 to the late Wallace L.Wilkes and Margaret Boland Wilkes in Valdosta, GA. He was full of life and lived it to its fullest. Despite his birth defect, he never wanted to be treated differently.
Mr. Wilkes is survived by his sister, Sheryl L. Rogers and husband, Mike of Fargo, GA; brother, Joseph Wilkes, Jason Clement and Ava Clement of Valdosta, GA and best friend, Tony Maine, of Fruitland, GA, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. Pallbearers will be CJ Maine, Kenny Hutchinson, Jason Clement and Don Manac.
Mr. Wilkes is preceded in death by wife, Beth Wilkes; daughter, Amy Roberts; brother, Earl Wilkes; and sister, Carol Maine.
Graveside services for Mr. Ronald Lloyd Wilkes will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at the Cherry Lake United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cherry Lake, Florida with Charlie Floyd officiating. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane.
