Robert Allen Wallace

Robert Allen Wallace, 68, of Valdosta, died on Monday, October 29, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a short illness. Born in Statesville, North Carolina, on December 8, 1943, he was the son of the late Hugh and Mary Plyer Wallace. Mr. Wallace was a truck driver for UPS Express.
Survivors are his wife of 47 years, Lina Balsavage Wallace of Valdosta; a son, Joshua Wallace of Valdosta; sisters, Mary Ruth Church of Yorktown, Virginia, Macie Woodside of Madison, Ohio, Dolores Phillips of Statesville, North Carolina; brother, Bryant Wallace of Concord, North Carolina, Joe Wallace of Sparks; brother and sister in law, Michael and Evelyn Wallace of Hickory, North Carolina, and sister in law, Arlene Smith of Statesville, North Carolina; sister in law and brother in law, Virginia and Tim Cox of Mt. Holly, North Carolina; many nieces and nephews.
