Raymond Hollis (Midget) Jones

Raymond Hollis “Midget” Jones, 63, of Jacksonville, FL, died Saturday, June 3, 2006 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on August 11, 1942 in Lowndes County, GA to the late Raymond Jackson and Margaret Screws Jones. He was an auto transport hauler.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Patsy Jones of Jacksonville, FL, one daughter and son in law, Holly Cheri and Chris Warren of Jacksonville, FL, two grandchildren, Ethan and Brett Warren, one brother and sister in law, Samuel and Sylvia Jones, one sister and brother in law, Melanie and Bobby Henry, all of Valdosta, his mother in law, Inell Cain of Hahira, two sisters in law and brothers in law, Vernon and Jean Cain of Hahira and Diane and John Wenzel of Orange Park, FL.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at two p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home, Valdosta, Georgia with Reverend Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends from six until eight p. m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
