Panzy Ferrell

Panzy Goforth Ferrell, 71, of Valdosta, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Lakehaven Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Hickory, North Carolina on May 5, 1936 to the late Rubin and Frances Huntzinger Ferrell. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Krystal and Warren Moore of Valdosta and a daughter, Joanna I. Ferrell of St. Petersburg, Florida. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Whiteside and a brother, Eugene Goforth.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 8, 2007, in the Chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Mr. Jakie Moore officiating. Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
